A Rural Health Clinic
Webster County Clinic provides family practice services in pediatrics, obstetrics, gynecology, dermatology, internal medicine, orthopedics and geriatrics. The clinic is designated as a provider-based rural health clinic and is located on the west wing of the Webster County Community Hospital.No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available for those who qualify.
What We Offer
The clinic has four exam rooms, one family practice doctor and one nurse practitioner. We are attached to the hospital which allows us direct access to ancillary laboratory services, radiology, mammogram, physical therapy, respiratory therapy, and cardiac rehabilitation.Here are a few of the services that we offer:

When To Visit Us
Please call our clinic at 402-746-5614 to make an appointment. Webster County Clinic is open Monday through Friday with business hours from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and provider availability from 9:00 AM - noon and 1:30 PM - with the last appointment available at 5:00PM. Patients without appointments may be seen based upon severity of illness and provider availability. Patients with an emergency situation should report directly to the hospital Emergency Room.Insurance
We are a provider of services in connection with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Nebraska Medicaid, Workers' Compensation, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Midlands Choice, and many others. Please bring and present your insurance card at each clinic visit.No one will be denied access to services due to the inability to pay. Night, Weekend, and Holiday Care
The clinic has devised an "on call" schedule, whereby one provider takes responsibility for all emergencies arising outside of normal clinic hours. If you need assistance after clinic hours, please call 402-746-5600.You may enter through the clinic doors on the West side of the hospital or through the hospital front entrance. Wheelchairs are available inside the doors for assistance if needed.
Medication Refill Policy
The Webster County Clinic will have two (2) working days to refill prescriptions based on the following examples:If a Pharmacy calls or faxes a refill request
If a Patient calls or stops in and needs a refill called into the Pharmacy
If the Patient requires a written prescription
The clinic and office staff will make every effort to fill any and all requests as soon as possible.
Patients are encouraged to call the pharmacy before calling the clinic in case the prescription has already been called in.
