Nursing Services
The nursing department at Webster County Community Hospital includes a staff of 25 very dedicated registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nurse aides. We are a Critical Access Hospital and are able to deliver top-notch quality care with a very personalized touch. We have a 24/7 Emergency Room, as well as helicopter access. All of our nurses maintain current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Trauma Nursing Care as well as Basic Life Support. We offer admissions for intensive care, observation, acute and skilled nursing care. We have a surgical suite and perform outpatient and inpatient surgeries.
All of our nursing staff is from a 30 mile radius and available to respond quickly as needed. We pride ourselves in delivering high quality patient care on a one-to-one basis. We offer skilled care services, such as rehabilitation from surgical procedures, to more palliative measures like end-of-life care. We are a very progressive department and maintain state-of-the art, quality equipment.
Our nursing department comes from many years of experience with a very wide spectrum of expertise. Some of those disciplines include dialysis, surgery, emergency and trauma, home health nursing and long-term care covering many fields across the continuum of care.
